As of today Bomberman 2 is downloadable for free to let everyone with an MSX or emulator enjoy this game once again.
Another reason for putting this download up is that Paragon has been contacted twice over the last year by MSX users who received/bought or downloaded a non-working copy.
Bomberman 2 one of our latest games is now downloadable for free. With this download we would also like to inform the MSX community that there is a non-working copy out there.
Over the last half year we reveived 2 emails from MSX users, one from Spain the other one from Holland that they have bought or downloaded a non-working version.
This manifests itself on level 5 where presumably the timer does not work correctly and you'll get no change whatsoever to finish the level. This happens on both original MSX machines as well as on emulators.
How this happend we dont know as the origins of the games are unknown to us. Furthermore there is still a topic on MSX.org were some spanish users seem to have the same problem.
The disk image provided on our site does not have this problem and it is the only correct version.
So enjoy this game once more and invite a friend to join you !
